🫒 General information​

Version 6 is the largest update to the Olive platform to date. It brings artificial intelligence directly into the editorial workflow, real-time preview of the page being edited, more advanced e-mail communication management, and a range of other improvements that save editors time. This version aggregates all incremental releases in the 6.x series.

🆕 New features​

AI assistant for content creation*​

The editorial team now has its own AI assistant. Just describe what the page should contain – the AI suggests the structure, layout of blocks, and even the text itself, which you can then refine as you like.

Particularly useful for:

  • quickly starting a new page or section from scratch
  • generating a first draft of text and structure
  • inspiration when creating content

Real-time page preview*​

No more repeated publishing just to check how a page looks. Directly next to the editor, you can see a live preview of the website – as the content changes in the editorial interface, the preview updates accordingly. It includes a responsive view that lets you check how the page looks on a phone or tablet.

Advanced content filtering*​

A repeatable section listing articles, products, or projects now supports combining multiple categories at once. Previously it was only possible to filter by one category; now you can, for example, show content that belongs to a certain region and a certain project type at the same time. Or conversely, show everything that belongs to at least one of the selected filters. Your development team sets the combination precisely according to your needs.

E-mail template management in CMS*​

Until now, changing e-mail designs required a developer. Now e-mail templates can be managed directly in the editorial interface. A single e-mail can have multiple variants – for example, different versions for different recipient groups (standard client, VIP, partner) – and the system automatically selects which variant to send. No need to complexly merge the sending of multiple e-mail workflows.

Smooth and performant slider*​

Sliders on the website are now powered by a new engine. The result is smoother behavior on mobile, faster loading, and simpler customization for future visual changes.

Notes​

* changes are not automatically applied when upgrading to a new version of the system. The update does allow adding them to older versions as well.
